This program is designed to look at the challenges faced by mid-level managers at the heart of organizations during disruptive times. The program aims to equip leaders with the needed skills and behavioral awareness to strengthen their leadership foothold as managers at all levels look up to them for guidance.


The program includes several interventions including an assessment to intrinsically evaluate one’s own attributes when it comes to agility, a learning component to explore the resilience model and building a recovery plan for great leadership in disruptive times and a coaching element to adopt the needed behavioural changes to master one’s own actions.

On average, participants should have between 5 and 7 years of managerial experience to join this program and benefit the most from it

Kim is a Chartered Psychologist, with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from University College, London and a PhD from the University of Aston, Birmingham, she is also a member of the Higher Education Academy. 

Dr Elmar Kutsch

Elmar Kutsch has held a variety of senior management positions and has successfully delivered large projects for finance and public sector organizations in Germany. 

Quentin Dunstan

Quentin Dunstan has over twenty years’ experience in coaching and business development and joined BSI in 2015.
