Sherena has more than 15 years of experience across Asia Pacific and the Middle East in Learning & Development and HR Consulting.
Sherena joins Mexeen Network as an Executive Education Advisor to help produce programs that are well designed and customized to the region.
She has extensive expertise in customizing personalized learning journeys for individuals, corporates and business schools in the Middle East and Asia. As an EXED Advisor, she ensures programs are designed to address the client’s organizational gap and to ensure that learning interventions lead to rapid transformations.
Sherena is currently the Academic Track Advisor for the HEC Executive MBA Doha Modular. In addition, she sits on the EMBA and Specialized Business Unit Masters Selection Committees, and coaches EMBA Capstone and Masters of Innovation & Entrepreneurship projects at HEC Paris. She was also the the Faculty Chair of the Qatar Foundation WISE Learners’ Voice Program from 2016-2019.
Sherena acquired the first Dynargie franchise in Asia in 2009 and continues to work with both public and private sector clients to develop their most valuable resource – their people. In addition to supporting learning & development initiatives, she also conducts train-the-trainer programs for new Dynargie consultants.
She has a passion to help organizations become more efficient through human performance and development. Training over 1,000 global leaders in the last 5 years, Sherena is sought after for her experiential and dynamic training programs.
Sherena who is originally from Singapore, graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and qualified as a barrister before spending a number of years working with Citibank Private Bank in London.
